Aa9999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of interpreting these Terms and Conditions, the terms below carry the following meanings wherever they appear throughout this document:

• PlatformThe aa9999.best website and all Sports Betting, online casino, Live Casino, and other digital products and services made available by aa9999.
• User / YouAny individual who accesses, registers, or uses the services of the aa9999 platform.
• AccountThe individual profile created by the user on the aa9999 platform, linked to a unique CPF and email address, through which all betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• Real BalanceThe amount deposited by the user in Brazilian reais (BRL) that is available for betting and withdrawal at any time, with no rollover restrictions.
• Bonus BalanceThe amount credited by aa9999 to the user's account as a result of a promotion or welcome bonus, subject to wagering requirements before it becomes available for withdrawal.
• Wagering RequirementAlso known as rollover — the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus, as specified in the promotion) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• KYCKnow Your Customer — the identity verification process aa9999 uses to confirm user details before releasing withdrawals, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• PixInstant payment system operated by the Central Bank of Brazil, used for deposits and withdrawals on the aa9999 platform.

2. Registration & Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of the aa9999, the user must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be an individual of at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a legal resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be on any gambling restriction list or active self-exclusion program on any platform;
• Having no direct professional ties to aa9999, its partners, suppliers, or sports entities covered by the platform that could constitute a conflict of interest.

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and any other required details. The aa9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm registered details.

Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. Each CPF corresponds to a single active account on the aa9999. Registering duplicate accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts linked to the same CPF and the cancellation of any balances accumulated across those accounts.

3. User Account

The user is solely responsible for keeping their aa9999 account login credentials secure at the aa9999 — login, password, and, where applicable, two-factor authentication code. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

The aa9999 never asks for a user's password via email, chat, or any other support channel. If you receive any such request, disregard it and notify platform support immediately, as it may be a phishing attempt.

The user must notify aa9999 immediately upon suspecting unauthorized access to your account. The platform offers a temporary account lock option directly from the user dashboard. Bets placed using the correct credentials before unauthorized access is reported are considered valid, unless external fraud is proven.

The aa9999 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, match-fixing, or bonus abuse;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Account identified as belonging to a user under 18;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

4. Deposits

The aa9999 accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods, all operating in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix — instant, available 24/7, no fees;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — processed within 1 business day after bank clearance;
• Credit & Debit Card — Visa and Mastercard, credited immediately upon issuer approval;
• PicPay — digital wallet, instant credit;
• Mercado Pago — digital wallet, instant credit;
• TED Bank Transfer — available on business days, with same-day credit for transfers made by 5:00 PM.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for Pix, boleto, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. For credit and debit cards, the minimum deposit is R$ 30.00. For TED, the minimum amount is R$ 50.00.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the CPF holder on the aa9999. Deposits made by third parties will be declined and the funds returned to their source, which may result in a temporary account block pending review.

The aa9999 does not charge any fees on deposits. The amount credited to your account is exactly equal to the amount you transferred — no deductions by the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at the aa9999 are processed exclusively via Pix, in the name of the same account holder whose CPF is registered on the account. No withdrawal may be made to a third party's account, regardless of the original deposit method used.

To unlock withdrawals, the user must have completed the identity verification process (KYC), which involves submitting a photo of a valid government-issued ID (RG or CNH) and, when requested, a confirmation selfie. KYC approval takes an average of 30 minutes during business hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. There is no fixed maximum limit; however, withdrawals of significant amounts may be subject to additional compliance checks. The standard processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request is approved, available 24 hours a day, including public holidays.

Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus balance are only released after the wagering requirements (rollover) specified in the corresponding promotion have been fully met. The real balance deposited by the user may be withdrawn at any time without restrictions, provided there are no pending bets tied to that balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The aa9999 offers a welcome bonus for new users and recurring promotions for active users, including boosted odds on selected Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and UFC card matches, among other events on the Brazilian and international sports calendar.

Each bonus or promotion from the aa9999 has specific terms displayed at the time of activation, which must include at minimum:

• Bonus amount or percentage and eligibility conditions;
• Wagering requirement (rollover) expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the deposit + bonus amount;
• Minimum odds required to qualify toward the wagering requirement;
• Bonus validity period from the activation date;
• Eligible markets and bet types for meeting the rollover requirement.

Cancelled or refunded bets, or bets placed at odds below the minimum set by the promotion, do not count toward the wagering requirement. The aa9999 may cancel bonuses at any time if it identifies fraudulent use, promotion abuse, or systematic odds arbitrage aimed solely at completing the rollover without genuine risk exposure.

Participating in the same promotion through multiple accounts or through accounts belonging to family members at the same address is prohibited, unless explicitly permitted by the terms of that specific promotion.

7. Sports Betting

All Sports Betting placed at the aa9999 are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the system. The user is solely responsible for selecting markets and bet amounts. The aa9999 is not responsible for bets placed by mistake, including incorrect amounts or wrong markets.

The aa9999 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or recalculate bets in the following scenarios:

• Postponed games: If a match is postponed and not played within 72 hours of the originally scheduled time, pre-match bets are cancelled and the amounts returned to the user's balance;
• Odds errors: Odds published with clearly incorrect values due to technical or human error may be cancelled or adjusted, with notice to the user and the option to cancel the bet;
• Suspended matches: For matches interrupted before the regulation 45 minutes, bets are generally cancelled; after 45 minutes, the result at the time of interruption may be deemed final depending on the competition and the specific market rules;
• Match-fixing: aa9999 may suspend the payout of bets on events under investigation for match-fixing by the competition's regulatory bodies.

Live betting is subject to technical broadcast delays. The aa9999 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of a match (goal, red card, penalty) to recalculate odds. Bets placed during these suspension windows are not accepted by the system.

For football competitions such as the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores, bets are settled based on the official result recorded by the organizing body after 90 minutes of regular play, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, unless the specific market states otherwise.

8. Casino & Games

The casino games available on the aa9999 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and bingo — are provided by licensed suppliers audited by independent entities to ensure randomness and result integrity. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is shown in that game's details panel.

The live casino at the aa9999 is operated in partnership with specialized providers and streamed in real time via high-definition cameras. Live game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (mechanical roulette, shuffled decks) or certified random number generators, depending on the game type. Any attempt to manipulate casino games through automated software (bots), exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or any other unauthorized practice will result in the immediate cancellation of winnings, permanent account suspension, and possible referral to the relevant authorities.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited when using the platform aa9999:

• Registration by users under 18 years of age or use of the platform on behalf of third parties;
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonuses or circumventing limits;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Coordinated betting with other users to manipulate market outcomes or artificially fulfill rollover requirements;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome the user knows in advance through any non-public source of information;
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party or illicitly obtained payment methods;
• Systematic odds arbitrage with the sole intent of guaranteeing profit without genuine exposure to market risk;
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity;
• Use of a VPN, proxy, or any technology that masks the user's actual geographic location to bypass access restrictions.

The aa9999 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect suspicious behavior patterns. Confirmed violations will result in account suspension, cancellation of any balances linked to fraudulent activity, and, where applicable, reports to the relevant authorities and industry regulators.

10. Account Closure

Users may request the voluntary closure of their account at the aa9999 at any time, without needing to provide a reason. The request can be submitted directly through the account dashboard or via chat or email support. Account closure is processed within 48 business hours.

Prior to closure, any real balance available in the account will be returned to the user in full via Pix, following completed KYC verification. Bonus balance not converted to real balance through rollover completion will be forfeited with no right to a refund. Any open bets at the time of the request will be settled normally, with the outcome added to the balance before it is returned.

The aa9999 may also unilaterally close accounts in the cases described in Section 3 of these Terms. If an account is closed by the platform due to a rules violation, any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be cancelled. The real balance from legitimate deposits may be refunded at the aa9999, following case-by-case review.

Users who request self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons — a process separate from a standard account closure — will have their platform access blocked for the chosen period (from 30 days to permanent), with no option to reopen the account during that period, even at the user's request.

11. Limitation of Liability

The aa9999 is committed to keeping the platform available and fully operational on a continuous basis, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical events may cause temporary outages. In such cases, open bets that cannot be settled due to a documented technical failure will be cancelled and the amounts refunded.

The aa9999 is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user, the user's internet connection failures, interruptions to third-party services (banking networks, Pix providers), or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

The platform aa9999 provides statistical and market information to assist users with their analysis, but does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of that information. The user is solely responsible for any betting decisions made based on information available on the platform.

12. Privacy and LGPD

The aa9999 collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in full compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The legal bases for data processing are the performance of the contract established by these Terms, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and, where applicable, the legitimate interest of the aa9999 in fraud prevention and platform security.

Personal data collected includes registration information (name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone number), identity verification data (ID document, selfie), financial information (Pix keys, transaction data), and platform usage data (betting history, IP address, device used).

The user holds the following rights regarding their personal data at the aa9999, exercisable by submitting a request to suporte@aa9999.best:

• Confirmation of whether personal data is being processed;
• Access to stored personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Data portability to another provider, where applicable;
• Information on data sharing with third parties.

13. Responsible Gambling

The aa9999 believes that sports betting and casino games are legitimate forms of entertainment when enjoyed responsibly and within each person's financial means. The platform actively promotes responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once the limit is reached, new deposits are automatically blocked until the next period;
• Loss limit: Set the maximum amount you're willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, bets are automatically suspended;
• Session time limit: Receive alerts after a set amount of continuous time on the platform;
• Temporary self-exclusion: Block access to your account for a period of 30, 60, 90, or 180 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your account, with no option to reopen it.

The aa9999 actively prohibits and blocks access by users under 18. If a legal guardian identifies unauthorized use by a minor, they should contact us immediately at suporte@aa9999.best for emergency account suspension.

14. Changes to these Terms

The aa9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided to users via their registered email and/or a prominent platform announcement at least 15 days in advance for material changes.

Minor changes — such as editorial corrections, addition of operational details, or formatting adjustments that do not affect users' substantive rights or obligations — may be implemented without prior notice. The last updated date shown at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent modification.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must close your account before the new rules come into force.

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the platform aa9999 that cannot be resolved through the platform's support channel, the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any judicial or arbitration proceedings, the user agrees to first use the support channel of the aa9999 — available 24/7 via live chat and at suporte@aa9999.best — to try to resolve the matter directly and amicably. The aa9999 is committed to responding to all formal complaints within a maximum of 5 business days.

The aa9999 operates in compliance with applicable Brazilian law governing the online betting and gaming sector, including regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance and other competent Brazilian authorities. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and current Brazilian legislation, the legislation shall prevail.
